Quotes issued by ForgeCore PCs are valid for 7 days. Prices may vary after this period due to part availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier changes.
All PCs are custom-built according to client requests. If specific parts are not available, equivalent alternatives will be recommended and confirmed with the client before proceeding.
Payments are to be made after quote acceptance and confirmation. In cases where payment is reversed or refunded after quote confirmation, a a fee will be charged to cover time and consultation.
ForgeCore offers delivery within Durban, South Africa. If you live within 10km of our Durban base, delivery is free. Beyond 10km, a delivery fee will be calculated based on your location and included in the quote. Alternatively, customers in Durban may arrange to pick up their PC directly from our local address.
If you live outside Durban — including cities such as Johannesburg or Cape Town — and cannot pick up your PC, you will need to arrange your own courier service for delivery. ForgeCore will securely package your system but will not be liable for any damage or delays once the PC has left our care. All risk during transit is assumed by the customer.
All builds include a 1-year hardware warranty unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or software-related issues. Extended warranties may be available on request depending on part manufacturers.
Orders cancelled before build commencement may be partially refunded. Orders that are already in the building phase are non-refundable due to component allocation and labor.
ForgeCore PCs is not liable for data loss, software corruption, or any external damage caused by third-party shipping, power surges, or misuse.
All ForgeCore logos, designs, and website content are the intellectual property of ForgeCore PCs and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Customer data is confidential. Any personal information submitted during a quote or contact form is only used for internal communication and will never be sold or shared externally.

All PCs include basic setup instructions and email-based support. Warranty coverage for parts will be based on supplier policies — we’ll provide guidance in your quote if needed.
